Leaders go first. Then your whole church.

For churches of 50 and 5,000: here is how a launch runs. It costs nothing.

The model on one line

  1. Crowd

    A sermon or a book.

  2. MAKE

    One text

Text MAKE. Day 1 arrives tomorrow.

  3. The Pair

    With a friend, 28 days.

  4. The Triad

Add someone. 24 days in John.

  5. Mobilize

    Day 52: their own line.

The launch, in three phases

  1. 10 weeks

Leaders read the book and find their Two.

  2. 4 weeks

Your pastor preaches Introduction, Time, Teaching, Tactics.

  3. 8 weeks

The whole church runs the 52 days.

More about the launch

Your small-groups pastor takes every volunteer leader through the book, a chapter at a time, on a weekly video call. Each leader finds their own Two, the fellow believer they train with. You can't hand out what you haven't done yourself.

4 Sundays cast vision and recruit the church into groups. Manuscripts and slides come in the church kit.

One text a morning. Sundays preach what the week's days teach; mid-week groups work through what happened. It ends with baptisms and a party. Anyone who came to faith gets their own Two and starts Day 1, rather than swelling the group they came from.

After the intensive it doesn't stop. It becomes how your church makes disciples.

Mid-week groups use the 3/3rds format

  1. Look Back

    How did the week go?

  2. Look Up

    Aha Moments, then two questions.

  3. Look Ahead

Practice next week. Pray for each Who.

More about groups

No new teaching in groups. Sunday taught; the daily audio taught. The group looks at what happened. The group leader's job is to be present and keep it moving, not to be a Bible expert.

Look Back asks which Microsteps got done, and where people got stuck. Look Up is the Aha Moments, and two questions about what everyone read: "What does this say about God?" and "What does this say about Man?" Look Ahead is what's coming next week. Practice the next step (the 3-minute story, say) and pray for each Who, the person the pair is praying into faith.
