Fifty-two mornings, one text at a time.
28 days training with a friend, then 24 days reading John with someone you're praying for.
Crowd
You hear about disciple-making in a sermon or a book and think: I could do that with one person.
One text
Day 1
Text MAKE and Day 1 arrives tomorrow morning. One text a day, with a link to 10 minutes of audio from Through the Word.
MAKE
The next morning
Day 1 of 28. Jesus built his movement on fishermen, not professors — you're more qualified than you think. Listen to today's 10-min guide, then text your two one thing that stood out. That's it.
The Pair
Days 1–28
Day 1 has one job: find your Two, a fellow believer who trains with you for 28 days.
More
Not a mentor, not a student, not a group. A partner. Pick someone you already see during the week, and pick the willing one. Your Two texts MAKE with your code, and you both get the same text every morning. Most days end with the two of you talking: a text, a call, a walk. Two minutes counts.
Jesus made disciples in 3 rhythms, and the 28 days follow the same order.
Time, Days 1 to 14: being with Jesus.
Teaching, Days 15 to 21: telling your story.
Tactics, Days 22 to 28: being sent.
Days that matter
- Day 14
Share the SHALOM Star with your Two.
- Day 21
Record your 3-minute story; your Two approves it.
- Day 28
Training done. Invite your Who with a code.
- Day 52
The last text, then the conversation after it.
The Triad
Days 29–52
Invite your Who, someone who does not yet follow Jesus, to read John with you and your Two for 24 mornings.
More
Your Who is someone you and your Two have prayed for since the first week. You are not asking them to come to church or to believe anything. All 3 phones get the same text every morning, and the count starts again at Day 1.
Midway through each week the 3 of you meet and use the same 3 parts every time. Look Back: how did the week go? Look Up: "What does this say about God?" and "What does this say about Man?" Look Ahead: what will you do before next time? No lesson, no new teaching.
Mobilize
On Day 52, if your Who decides to follow Jesus, they do not join your group: they start their own line.
More
You celebrate, with a baptism if they want one. The morning after, your Who gets a Day 1 text of their own: they find their Two, train for 28 days, pray for a Who, and read John with them. We keep count in generations: you, then your Who, then your Who's Who. Your Two is your partner on the same line, not a generation.
If your Who is not there yet, nothing breaks. Keep being their friend. All 52 days are free, paid for by donors. Your Who is never asked for anything but their time.
You do not need your Two yet. That is Day 1's job.
